Need your order sooner than our standard processing time? We know deadlines can sneak up on you, so our Rush Order option is here for those last-minute gifts, events and forgotten dates!

Simply add the Rush Order option that matches your order total to your cart, and your order will be moved to the front of our production queue.

Rush Order includes:

  • Local Pickup: Your order will be ready for collection within 24 business hours.
  • Delivery Orders: Your order will be completed within 24 business hours and lodged for postage on the following business day.
  • Rush processing applies to business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Rush Orders are subject to availability and must be added at the time of purchase.

Please ensure you select the correct Rush Order option based on your total order value.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the Rush Order timeframe, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund your Rush Order fee in full.

Please note: Rush Order guarantees our processing time, not Australia Post delivery times. Once your parcel has been lodged, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
