Due to the large range of colours and sizes available, some colour and size combinations are ordered in as required rather than kept in stock.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for stock to arrive before personalisation and production.

In the rare event that your selected colour or size is unavailable from our supplier, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative colour/size or a refund.

Important Product Note

The supplier does not sew up the final few centimetres of the tie-up wrap/waist tie. This is part of the normal manufacturing of these robes and is not considered a fault or defect.

Slight colour variations may occur between batches and due to lighting or individual screen settings.
